What is Seclo 20 used for?
Acid reflux disease The usual dosage is 20 mg of Omeprazole once daily. The majority of patients are healed after 4 weeks. For those patients not fully healed after the initial course, healing usually occurs during a further 4-8 weeks of treatment.

How Seclo 20 works
Seclo 20 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
What if you forget to take Seclo 20?
If you miss a dose of Seclo 20, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
